It is with great sadness that I write that today Sandy (Babrees Desert Song) was laid to rest to save further suffering.
At 9 months of age she went to her first Crufts show, where the judge called her a real cutie pie. She was so right in that term, and it stuck. She was so sweet and loving, just like her mum. She had a great character and wonderful temperament. She was very occasionally shown and did well in the ring. We stopped showing her when she, in no uncertain terms, told us she didn't really enjoy being in the ring. How did she tell us? By making her front movement appear lame when IN the ring - just outside we would move her and her movement was good!!
RIP, I know you are with your mum, Layla, whom you loved and missed so much.
